1 Heard. The learned counsel for the Appellant - Defendant seeks stay to the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 21.11.2018 passed by 13th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune in Special Civil Suit No.2470/2010 holding that the Applicant has 20% whereas the Respondent - Plaintiff has 80% share in the suit property, as more particularly mentioned in para 1 of the plaint.

2 After arguing for some time, both the counsel submit that the matter be adjourned to 05.02.2021, so that they will try to settle the matter, amicably.
