ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: T.V.Nalawade J.):-

1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

2. By consent of both the sides, heard for fnal disposal.

3. Present application is fled for relief of quashing of C.R.

No.318 of 2019 registered with Dhule City Police Station, Dhule

for the ofence punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504

and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The

crime has been registered on the basis of report fled by

respondent No.2, who is wife of applicant No.1.

4. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the

applicants and respondent No.2 submit that the parties have

settled the dispute. Such reply afdavit of respondent No.2 is

fled on record. She has no objection to grant the relief prayed

by the applicants in the present application.

5. In view of these circumstances, present application is

allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause-'B'. Rule is

made absolute in those terms.
