. The proceeding filed by the petitioners under Section 28-

A of the Land Acquisition Act are closed on two counts;

(1) The petitioners did not submit the certified copy of the judgment relied upon to claim benefit under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act.

(2) The affidavit that the petitioners have not availed the benefit of rehabilitation grant is not filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

certified copy of the judgment was filed along with the application

again, as per the Say of the Land Acquisition Officer, fresh certified

copy was also filed in the year 2017. The learned counsel submits

that the petitioners have also filed the affidavit clarifying that the

petitioners have not claimed the benefit of the rehabilitation grant.

The learned counsel submits that review application was filed and the

same is also disposed of.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.04.2021. The

learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.1, 2, and 3.
