   1              Heard learned Senior Counsel Mr. Sanjeev Gorvadkar, for the

Applicants and Mr. Shriram Kulkarni for Respondent Nos.1 to 7.

2 By this Interim Application, the Applicants-Original Defendants

are seeking stay of the judgment and decree dated 05.11.2020 passed by

the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, in Special Civil Suit No.8 of 2003

by which the trial Court directed the Applicants to handover the possession

of some of the suit properties.

3 The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent

Nos.1 to 7 seeks four weeks time to file their reply with copy to other side.

4 Hence, the following order is passed :

               i)     Rule.


               ii)    Rule made returnable on 31.03.2021.


iii) Respondent Nos.1 to 7 to file their affidavit-in-reply if

any, on or before 22.03.2021 with copy to other side.

iv) Rejoinder if any, to be filed on or before 25.03.2021 with

copy to other side.

v) In addition to usual mode of service the Applicants are

permitted to serve the remaining Respondents by private notice

along with entire proceedings either by R.P.A.D. and/or by

hand delivery and file affidavit of service to that effect on or

before 12.03.2021.

vi) The learned Advocate Mr. Shriram Kulkarni waives

service for Respondent Nos.1 to 7.
