PER COURT :-
1. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, this
matter has been entrusted to him through the High Court Legal
Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. He would be better equipped
if the R&P in Sessions Case No. 41/2015 is called for. The appellant
is the wife of the deceased, who is said to have been murdered by
respondents no. 2 to 7. By the impugned judgment, the trial Court
has granted acquittal to all the accused.
2. In view of the above, we request the learned Additional
Sessions Judge-1, Udgir, to send R&P in Sessions Case No. 41/2015

decided on 14.11.2019, through a special messenger, as expeditiously
as possible and preferably on or before 31.03.2021.
3. List this appeal for admission hearing on 15.04.2021.
4. Needless to state that, after the R&P is received, the
learned Advocate for the appellant is at liberty to go through the R&P
by following the procedure as is applicable.
