 PER COURT:

1. The contention is that the proposal seeking

approval to the appointment of the petitioner as

Shikshan Sevak is not decided.

2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for

respondents no. 1 and 2.

3. In case the proposal seeking approval to the

appointment of the petitioner is pending with

respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall

decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance

with law, expeditiously and preferably within a

period of six (06) months. The petitioner may

refer to the judgments passed by this Court to the

authority.

4. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No

costs.
