This application is moved by Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited seeking permission to get itself substituted in place of respondent No.1- Vainganga Sugar and Power Limited, Devhada.

(2) In this writ petition, petitioner-Maharashtra State Cooperative State Cooperative Bank Ltd. have challenged the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by the respondent No.3- Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur and order dated 22.06.2011 passed by the respondent No.2 - Collector, Bhandara.

(3) Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the respondent No.1-Vainganga Sugar and Power Limited, Devhada and other companies have merged with applicant-

Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited by the judgment of this Court dated 12.02.2016 in Company Petition No.33 of 2015. The said fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

(4) In that view of the matter, counsel for the petitioner has no objection for getting the name of applicant- Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited substituted in place of respondent no.1-Vainganga Sugar and Power Limited, Devhada.

(5) The application is allowed. The petitioner shall carry out the amendment in the cause title of the writ petition within a period of 10 days from today.
