1. The Appellant has inadvertently filed Family Court Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 24.10.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Niphad. The papers and proceedings were filed for seeking divorce under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act.

2. Office is directed to transfer the papers and proceedings of this Family Court Appeal to the concerned department. The office is directed to convert this Family Court Appeal into First Appeal.

3. Leave to amend is granted. Consequential amendment to be carried out within one weeks from today. Amended copy of the Appeal Memo shall be served on the Respondent's Advocate.
