1. The respondent is judgment debtor. The suit is decreed on 14 th

September, 2021. There is no appeal filed by the judgment

debtor. There is no stay against Execution Application of the

decree. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore applies

ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (d), (e) and (f) which

seeks disclosure of assets. Mr. Kantawala submits to orders in Digitally

terms thereof. Accordingly, I pass the following order;

(i) There will be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses

(d), (e) and (f).

(ii) The defendant shall file the affidavits personally after verifying

all its contents, in addition particualrs of income tax for the past

three years shall be filed, computation of income and notes of

accounts, if any, along with particulars of bank account held by

him, demat account(s) and statement(s) of all securities, bonds,

mutual funds, held in such demat account(s), names and

addresses of Depository Participants along with Depository

Participants IP and Account number, shall also be furnished as

part of the affidavit.

(iii) Compilation of documents shall be emailed to the Advocate

for the applicant. Compilation shall not be filed in court without

leave of the court.

(iv) Affidavit of disclosure to be filed on or before 11 th January,

2022.

(v) S.O. to 12th January, 2022.
