1. The application is taken out, seeking condonation of delay of 37 days in fling the First Appeal against the judgment and award passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.701 of 2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application. The reasons for delay are set out in paragraphs 6 to 9 of the application. The reasons which are disclosed are in the nature of procedural aspect and appear to be bona fde and being suffciently explained, I am inclined to condone the same.

3. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause

(a) and stands disposed of.
