2. The applicant/claimant seeks permission to withdraw decretal amount of Rs.4,54,041/- which was deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court.

3. I have perused the impugned judgment and award.

4. On consideration, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking.

5. Civil Application stands disposed of.
