1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P.,

who appears by waiving notice for respondent No.1.

2. RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by

consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does

not press prayer clause (b). Since limited relief has been asked for in

this petition, we are of the view that it could be granted by issuing

appropriate directions.

4. The petition is partly allowed. Respondent No.1 is

directed to decide the proposal, dated 22 nd September 2014, submitted

by the petitoner-Society for grant of permission to open Secondary

School in Urdu medium at village Sukli, Tahsil : Umarkhed, District :

Yavatmal, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from

the date of receipt of this order.

Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
