1. Mr. Bharucha states that, without prejudice to his rights and

contentions and the challenge to the Award, he has instructions to deposit a

sum of Rs.7,08,32,661=25 in court. He submits that if some time is granted,

this amount will be deposited in court.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order :-

(i) The respondent is directed to deposit the sum of

Rs.7,08,32,661=25 in this court on or before 15 th

September 2021.

(ii) If the aforesaid amount is deposited within stipulated

time, the same shall be invested by the Prothonotary

and Senior Master in a nationalized bank initially for

a period of three months.

(iii) List the IA on 16th September 2021 for compliance.
