2] By way of these applications, which are filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicants/ appellants desire to place on record the order of the Tahsildar, Kamptee dated 09/01/2020 and other connected orders and judgments in various proceedings before the Revenue Authorities so also before this Court, along with the Rehabilitation And Resettlement Policy of Coal India Limited, 2012.

3] Considering the nature of documents, the applications are allowed. The appellants are

permitted to place on record the documents as per the list annexed to the applications.
