1. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed a compilation of

judgments (82 pages), along with an index dated 24 th August, 2021. The

same is taken on record.

2. The learned A.G.P. submits that the Scrutiny Committee has

initiated the process for re-opening of the proceedings vide which validity

was granted to the father of the petitioner. The hearing on the notices has

been posted on 2nd September, 2021.

3. In view of the above and to enable the learned A.G.P. to go through

the case law placed before us today by the petitioner, we are listing this

petition on 20th September, 2021.
