Respondent No.2 - Akansha @ Pooja D/o Vinod Shriwas is permitted to withdraw her share i.e. of Rs.2,00,000/- with interest thereon which was kept in fixed deposit as per the directions of the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1135/2006 decided on 26/03/2010 as the appeal against the said judgment is dismissed vide judgment dated 19/07/2017.

The application stands disposed of.
