2. Initially notices were issued to the non-

applicants on these applications.

3. Today, the matters are partially heard.

Several technical issues have been canvassed with

support of certain reported judgments.

4. Considerable time has been consumed in

these submissions advanced on behalf of applicants.

Hence, the matters be placed for further hearing on

27.08.2021 at 02.30 p.m.

5. As the matters are part-heard, I am

inclined to grant interim protection to save these

applications from becoming infructuous. Hence,

following order:-

(I) In the event of arrest of applicants - Shri

Akhirajbhai S/o. Motibhai Patel, Shri Nareshbhai S/o

Revabhia Patel and Shri Anoop Singh Chattar Singh

Bhati, they be released on interim bail on their

furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one

surety in the like amount till next date.

(II) Stand over to 27.08.2021 at 02.30 p.m.

along with Criminal Application (ABA) Nos. 494/2021

and 345/2021.
