2. In the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in

the matter of Divakar Prabhakar Kopade Vs. Sub Divisional Officer

(L.A.O.), Aurangabad, reported in (2019) 6 M.L.J., page 591, issue

notice to the Respondents indicating that if time permits the matters

will be taken up for final disposal, returnable on 30th September, 2021.

3. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of

Respondent Nos. 1 and 3.
