.         The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the validation

proceedings are pending since the year 2013. The petitioner has

completed internship also of the BDS course. The petitioner is not

required to undergo the bond period.

2 Mark-sheet of the petitioner shall not be withheld only only

ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

3 The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th August,

2021.

4 Considering that the proceedings are pending since the year

2013, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding,

preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the

petitioner.

5 The respondents may take further course of action depending

upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in

validation proceeding.

6 Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
