2. This is an appeal preferred against the judgment and order of

conviction passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in

Sessions Case No. 384 of 2019 for the offence punishable under

Section 302, 506 r/w Section 34 of IPC whereby the appellant is

sentenced to under imprisonment for life and to pay fine of

Rs.10,000/- in default, rigorous imprisonment for six months for

the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 of IPC and to

suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months and to pay fine of

Rs.1,000/- in default, rigorous imprisonment for one month for the

offence punishable under Section 506 of IPC.
