Ms. Mallika Babhulkar, learned counsel h/f Shri M.A.Kadu, learned counsel for the appellant - VIDC submits that entire decretal amount has already been deposited with the Reference Court.

2. Considering the submission, ad-interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 2.11.2018 is hereby confirmed. There shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 26.7.2017 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C.No.341/2007, pending decision of the appeal.

3. Civil Application stands disposed of. First Appeal No.533/2019 List the appeal for final hearing as per its turn.
