2. The applicant/appellant is seeking early haring of this appeal. The appellant was convicted under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act, vide judgment and order dated 08.02.2012. It is submitted that the appellant is under suspension and he is facing financial crises.

3. Having regard to these facts, the application is allowed. Appeal be listed for final hearing in 2nd week of September 2021.
