that matter lies before Division Bench as in view of the judgment

of Full Bench Madras High Court (in the matter of Jaffar Sathiq

Vs. State, MANU/TN/5194/2021) even if investigation under the

Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act is conducted by ATS (State)

provisions of National Investigation Agency Act will be applicable

and matter will lie before Division Bench.

2. In view of this, Registry to verify and take suitable

action.
