2. By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks

condonation of delay of 378 days in fling appeal against judgment

and award dated 19th November, 2019 passed by the Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal at Satara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.31 of

2015.

3. Learned counsel submits that there is an inadvertent

error in the prayer clause with reference to the date of the judgment

and award and seeks leave to amend the same. Amendment is

permitted and to be carried out forthwith.

4. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 16/09/2021.

5. The amended application to be served upon respondents
