2. Both learned counsel point out that in the order of 3 rd August, 2021

reference to N-1 was described as statement of disclosure filed by the

judgment debtor. It is clarified today that the list N-1 was tendered on

22nd April, 2019 by Mr. Naidu on behalf of the judgment creditor.

3. The original order dated 3rd August, 2021 shall be corrected

accordingly and uploaded.
