1. This matter was heard extensively on 4.8.2021. When this Court
expressed it's inclination keeping in view that on one hand, the petitioner
claims to have been recruited in employment from the open category, and on
the other hand, she has taken the benefit of reservation on the basis of her
tribe claim while being appointed as the Head Mistress, that the learned
Advocate for the petitioner sought an adjournment to take instructions.
2. Today, the learned Advocate submits on instructions from the
petitioner that she desires to withdraw this petition and she would submit to
the validation process, which is pending before the competent committee.
Depending upon the result of the proceedings before the committee, she
would espouse her rights.
3. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
Needless to state, if the validation committee delivers an adverse judgment,
the petitioner can avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
