(a) The written submissions will indeed be concise: they are not to exceed 15 pages.

(b) They will also conform to the Full Court decision of 16th June 2021: they are to be on good quality A4 white paper of 75 GSM with an inner margin of 5 cm, an outer margin of 3 cm, in Times New Roman or Georgia font, with a font-size-remove not less than 14 point.

(c) The written submissions are to be signed and dated by arguing Counsel, not the Attorneys.

(d) There are to be no extracts or quotations from judgments or documents in the written submissions. There will be cross references provided inline (not in footnotes) to the relevant material.

(e) A separate list of dates by each side is permitted, following the same formatting parameters.

(f ) A compilation of authorities is permitted, also on A4 white paper. Each compilation must have an index and running page numbering. The index will give the running page numbers (not the internal page numbers of the law reports) and also mention the relevant paragraph numbers.

2. Non-conforming submissions, lists of dates or compilations will not be accepted.

3. I will also require a soft copy of the entire record in PDF form. The record will be arranged as per the specifications notified during the online hearings in 2020/2021 with sequential numbering of the digital PDF files. This is to be prepared by the parties in

coordination with each other so that all concerned have exactly the same PDFs numbered in exactly the same sequence.

4. The matter will be listed for hearing and final disposal on 18th August 2021 subject to any overnight part-heard.

5. List the Interim Application along with Interim Application (L) No. 9830 of 2021.

6. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on production of an ordinary copy of this order.
