By the impugned judgment dated 13/09/2013 learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, has ordered to pay the fne amount to

the Complainant by way of compensation. It is seen that the

Complainant has not been made party to the proceedings. Learned

counsel for the Applicant therefore seeks leave to amend the cause title

so as to implead the Complainant as Respondent No.2. Leave is

granted.

2. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The Appellant thereafter to take steps to serve Respondent No.2

including by private service /R.P.A.D. Stand over to 24/08/2021.
