 PER COURT:

 1.       Mr.        Yeramwar,           learned     Counsel           for        the

petitioner submits that validation proceeding is

pending since the year-2016. The employer is

insisting for the validity certificate, in default

thereof, has threatened to terminate the services

of the petitioner.

2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for

respondents no. 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the

Scrutiny Committee on 23.08.2021.

4. The committee shall endeavour to decide the

validation proceeding within a period of six (06)

months from the date of appearance of the

petitioner.

5. The employer shall not take adverse action

against the petitioner only on the ground that

validation proceeding is pending. The employer may

take further course of action depending upon the

judgment that will be delivered by the committee

in the validation proceeding.

6. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No

costs.
