2nd August 2021

P.C.

On 4th March 2021, this Court directed the defendants to

2/2 03.08.2021 cpcd 13117 of 2021.docx

disclose their income details. Against that order, the defendants unsuccessfully carried an appeal. Their review, too, failed. In that context, the plaintiff has come up with this contempt petition because the defendants are yet to comply with this Court's direction, dt.4.3.2021.

2. In response to submissions advanced by the plaintiff's counsel, the defendants' counsel submits that he has already instructed his clients to comply with the directions. He says the defendants will provide the information in one week.

3. In reply, the plaintiff's counsel wants the defendants to supply the information of his income-tax returns along with annexures and schedules.

4. The defendants counsel agrees for that. Post the matter next week.

5. In the plaintiff's Summons for Judgment, the defendants may come up with their reply and, if they desire, a plea for leave to defend.

The defendants are given two weeks for that purpose. No further time shall be granted.

Stand over to 9th August 2021.

(DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J) Lata Panjwani, P.S.
