1. This case was heard at admission stage and was closed for orders. While preparing the judgment, this Court found that clarification on certain aspects pertaining to the facts of this case are necessary from the parties to this writ petition. Hence, I am fixing this writ petition again for admission on 10.06.2021.

2. Needless to mention, the ad-interim order granted by this Court (Coram : Z.A.Haq, J.) on 10.06.2019 shall remain in operation until further orders.
