          2]      During the course of arguments, learned counsel for respondent

placed on record photocopy of two certificates issued by the Ministry of

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in respect of Royal Traders as

well as OK Marine. Same are taken on record. He also placed on

record Judgment of this Court in the matter of Techno Precision

Engineers Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. vs. Western Coalfields Ltd. & Anr. , 2014

SCC OnLine Bom 4674 and Judgment in the matter of Municipal

Corporation, Ujjain & Anr. vs. BVG India Limited & Ors., 2018 (5) SCC

462.

3] Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that he requires

some time to take instructions from his client in respect of the

certificates issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium

Enterprises.

4] At the same time, learned counsel for Petitioner submits

that there is one more identical Petition filed by Royal Traders. The

Stamp number of the said Petition is 8531 of 2021. Considering this

fact, following order is passed :

i] Registry is directed to place the present writ petition

alongwith WPST No.8531 of 2021 on board for hearing on 27th April,

2021.
