1. Mr. Narvankar, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that the respondent has been served and he will file Affidavit of service by 20th April, 2021.

2. Mr. Narvankar states that by Judgment and Decree dated 15 th March, 2021, passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.409 of 2017, the learned Ad-hoc District Judge - 7, Pune allowed the appeal and passed eviction decree and directed the appellant to deliver vacant possession of the suit premises within one month from 15 th March, 2021, which expires today.

3. In view of this, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (b) till the next date.

4. Stand over to 9th June, 2021.
