     PER COURT :-

1. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for

some time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions,

seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. The learned counsel

submits that being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated

26.02.2014, the State has preferred the appeal, which is still

pending along with application seeking condonation of delay

caused in filing the appeal. The learned counsel submits that

the petitioner-original claimant No.3 would file the cross

objection in the said pending appeal.

3. In view of the above, leave granted.

4. Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
