1. By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of bail

granted to the Respondent No.2 vide order dated 15/03/2017 passed by the

learned District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Alibaug.

2. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that during the pendency

of the aforesaid application, the trial of the Respondent No.2 concluded.

He submits that the Respondent No.2 has been convicted for the offences

with which he was charged vide Judgment and Order dated 30/12/2019.
