PER COURT :-

        Heard Mr. Mr. Shaikh Mazhar A. Jahagirdar, learned counsel

for the applicants. Issue notice to respondent-State, returnable

on 15.04.2019.                Mr. A. A. Jagatkar, learned A.P.P. for the

respondent-State waives service of notice and prays time till 15 th

April, 2019.

2.      Looking to the fact that the present applicants are the

distinct relatives of deceased Aasma and according to the

submission of the learned counsel for the applicants the husband

and father-in-law of                the deceased were already arrested.

Looking to the accusations made in the First Information Report,

I am of the view that during the pendency of the present

application, their liberty can be protected.                   Hence, I pass

following order.

                                    ORDER

I) In the event of the arrest of applicants - Shabana Raju

Shaikh, ii) Jabina Abdul Shaikh and iii) Abdul Nasir Shaikh, in

connection with Crime No. I-196, registered with Shrirampur Police

Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under

Sections 498-A, 306, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of

the Indian Penal Code, be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail,

on their executing P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- each with solvent

sureties in the like amount.

II) Applicant No.3 Abdul Nasir Shaikh shall attend the

concerned Police Station from 5th April, to 9th April, 2019 and shall

be with the Investigating Officer from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and

shall extend full co-operation to the Investigating Officer.

III) At the request of the learned counsel for the applicants,

he is permitted to place on record a typed copy of the First

Information Report.

     IV)      Put up this matter on 15.04.2019.
