ORAL JUDGMENT [PER SMT. V.K. TAHILRAMANI, J.] :

1. Heard both sides.

2. Rule. By consent of the parties, Rule is made

returnable forthwith and the matter is heard finally.

3. By order dated 21.6.2017 of this Court, the petitioner

was granted parole. Pursuant to the said order, the

petitioner was released on parole on 31.7.2017 for a period

of 30 days i.e upto 30.8.2017. The petitioner was granted

parole on the ground of illness of the wife of the petitioner.

4. Through the present petition, the petitioner has prayed

for extension of parole for a period of 30 days i.e upto

29.9.2017. Looking to the medical papers of the wife of the

petitioner and the latest medical certificate dated 5.9.2017

which shows that the operation on the wife of the petitioner

was performed on 4.9.2017, on humanitarian ground, we

extend the period of parole upto 29.9.2017. It is made clear

that no extension of parole will be granted under any

circumstances.

5. The medical certificate of the wife of the petitioner dated

5.9.2017 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

6. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.

7. Mr. Prashant M. Nagawade, the Jailor of Nasik Road

Central Prison is present in the Court and he shall

communicate this order to the concerned Authorities.
