DATE : 29/05/2017.

Oral Judgment (Per : B.P. Dharmadhikari, J.)

Nobody for the petitioner.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the

respondents.

3. He points out that when rule was issued in the matter on

2 jg.wp623.02.odt

25-7-2003, interim order in terms of prayer (i) came to be allowed.

Prayer (i) is the final relief which is already granted at interim stage.

4. We accordingly heard learned Assistant Government

Pleader. Government Resolution dated 24-3-2000 providing for levy of

royalty on potters of other castes traditionally engaged in that

profession has been relied upon in this petition.

5. Interim order is operating since last about 14 years. From

the fact that petitioners have not made any grievance thereafter, it

appears that their grievance stands redressed.

6. In this situation, with liberty to parties to approach again

if the grievance still survives, we dispose of writ petition.

Rule discharged. No costs.
