 ORAL JUDGMENT :


1. Heard. Issue notice to respondents for final disposal.

Mr. K.C. Sant, learned counsel waives service for respondents.

Writ Petition No.6661/2015

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by

consent of learned counsel for the parties.

2. On going through the judgment and decree, which

are subject matter of challenge in Regular Civil Appeal No.2/2015

as well as the impugned order dated 7/2/2015, passed by the

learned District Judge-1, Amalner, and after hearing both sides, I

am of the view that the purpose of this writ petition be served by

directing the parties to maintain status quo and expediting the

final disposal of the appeal. Accordingly, it is directed that, the

parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the suit property

as of today. It is further directed that the Regular Civil Appeal

shall be finally disposed of within three months from the date of

appearance of the parties before the appellate Court. Parties to

appear before the Court of learned District Judge on the date

already fixed in the matter.

3. Rule made absolute in these terms. No costs.
