 PER COURT :

1. The applicant/original petitioner prays for issuing notice

to the sole respondent on the address mentioned in the Writ

Petition and the petitioner shall have the notice published in a

newspaper at his own cost.

2. Though, the petitioner has mentioned Daily Punya Nagari

as the newspaper, it is revealed that Marathi Daily Sarvamat

has a wide circulation in Ahmednagar and the petitioner is

agreeable for publication in such newspaper.

3. Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed.

Issue notice to the sole respondent returnable on 1st September,

2017. The petitioner/applicant shall have the notice published

in Marathi Daily Sarvamat, Ahmednagar edition at his own cost,

atleast fifteen days prior to the returnable date in the matter.

The publication of notice must be prominent in the said

newspaper and copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record.
