As per the order passed on 18.3.2016, Paper Book was to be filed within period of 12 months subject to cost of Rs. 500/- were to be deposited in the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

As per the office note, till today, the paper book is not filed nor the cost are paid despite lapse of 12 months.

In view thereof, time for filing of Paper Book is extended as last chance by 3 months subject to depositing of amount of Rs. 1,000/- in the High Court Legal Aid Sub Committee, Nagpur, in addition to the earlier cost of Rs. 500/-.
