1. Heard both sides.

2. The Petitioner preferred an application for furlough on 14 th

January 2017. The grievance of the Petitioner is that, as the Police

Report was not received, his application for furlough was not

decided. Being aggrieved by the fact that his application for furlough

was not decided, the Petitioner has preferred the present Petition.

3. The learned A.P.P., on instructions, made a statement that the

application of the Petitioner for furlough has been granted by order

dated 18th August 2017. In view of this statement, this Petition has

become infructuous. Hence, Rule is discharged.
