. The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel argued for interim relief. Seen the copy of FIR and seen the copy of the order made by the Sessions Court. The applicants are ladies. There are allegations against her that they insisted the male accused to finish the injured.

2. In view of nature of allegations, this Court holds that the protection needs to be given to the present applicants till disposal of the case. In the result, the order is made that in case of arrest of the applicants in C.R. 217 of 2017 registered with Walchandnagar Police Station, Tal. Indapur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) by each of them with one surety of the like amount. The applicants are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offences. This interim protection is to remain in existence till 1 st September 2017. Till that

date and on every Sunday, the applicants are to attend the concerned police station between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon for the purpose of further investigation and they are to cooperate with police during investigation.
