parties, following inadvertent errors crept in the said order and

judgment are corrected as under :-

a). At page 3, para 1 the word "petition" to be read as

"appeal".

b). At page 4, para 2, second line, the Survey No."24/1" to be

read as "24/2".

c). At page 4, para 2, second line, the figure "9" be read as

"19".

d). At page 6, para 10, the words "The first appellate" be read

as "This".

e). At page 7, para 12, 8 th line, the word "defendants" be read

as "plaintiffs".

f). At page 7, para 12, 9th line, the word "Mahadev" be read

g). At page 7, para 12, 15th line, the words "brother of the" are

deleted.

h).

At page 8, last sentence of para 15, the figures "6" and

"20" to be read as "4" and "30" respectively.

i). At page 9, para 15, second line the word "defendants" to

be read as "plaintiffs". In the same para, last three lines, the word

"western" to be read as "eastern".

j). At page 14, para 27, the last sentence of para 27, the word

"defendants" be read as "plaintiffs".

k). At page 18, para 34, 14th line, the word "plaintiffs" be read

as "defendants".

l). At page 19, para 37, 5th line, the figure "24/1" be read as

"24/2".

2. The order and judgment dated 26th October, 2015 stands

corrected accordingly.
