ORAL JUDGMENT (PER SMT. VASANTI A NAIK , J.) :

Ms. Quazi, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Sameer Sohoni, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that the sister of the petitioner, namely, Rakhi Chauhan had filed Writ Petition No. 3343/2005 challenging an almost identical order of the Scrutiny Committee. It is

stated that the said writ petition was dismissed by the judgment dated

5/5/2016. It is stated that the petitioner and her real sister Rakhi Chauhan had relied on the same material for proving their caste claim

and, therefore, a similar order could be passed in this writ petition also.

Hence, in view of the aforesaid and for the reasons recorded

in the judgment dated 5/5/2016 in Writ Petition No.3343/2015, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
