Rule, made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent

of the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

2. The learned counsels for the parties have invited my

attention to Section 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,

1966, in support of their submission that where there is a serious dispute in respect of the title over the suit property, the entry is required to be made in the register of disputed cases. Hence, the

authority concerned shall enter the property in the concerned disputed cases register maintained under Section 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The final decision thereon

shall be taken after the finality of the decision in Regular Civil Suits No.42 of 2014 and 76 of 2014.

2. The petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
