Mrs. M. S. Naik, learned A.P.P. waives service for the State and seeks time to file reply.

Meanwhile, by way of an interim order, it is

directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.166/2015 registered with Police station Bhandara for

the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 407, 408, 409 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code in which this

applicant is one of the accused, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicant shall attend police station,

Bhandara every alternate date for a period of one week starting from 27/6/2016 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and also on such date and time as may be required, shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall co-operate with the police in the investigation. This order shall remain valid until further orders.
