ORAL JUDGMENT [PER SMT. V.K. TAHILRAMANI, J.] :

1. Heard the petitioner on video conferencing as well as

learned APP for the State.

2. Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has preferred

Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 1102 of 2013, 1694 of 2013, 3363

of 2013, 1635 of 2013 and 2358 of 2013. The petitioner

wants to be heard in person in the said Writ Petitions.

4. As far as Cri. W.P. Nos. 1102 of 2013 & 1694 of 2013

are concerned, the same are disposed of by this Court by

order dated 7.1.2014 & 13.1.2014 respectively. As far as Cri.

W.P. Nos. 1635 of 2013 and 2358 of 2013 are concerned, the

petitioner has been heard on video conferencing in both

these matters and the matters have been disposed of. Now

only petition which remains is Writ Petition No. 3363 of

2013. As the petitioner has been recently operated, the said

matter has been adjourned to 24.1.2017 on which day

appropriate order will be passed regarding hearing him in

person in this petition personally or on video conferencing.

5. In Cri. W.P. No. 3363 of 2013, it is specifically stated in

the order dated 21.12.2016 that on 24.1.2017, issue will be

considered whether the petitioner will be heard in person or

on video conferencing. Thus, nothing further survives in this

petition. Rule is discharged.

5. Office to communicate this order to the petitioner who

is in Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba.
