1. In my judgment dated 29th November, 2012 the date of the execution of the Will in this case is 22nd February, 2001 as has

been shown in paragraph 1 as also in the operative part of the order. It is incorrectly stated as 22nd February, 2007 only in line 5 of paragraph 5 of the judgment. Hence, in line 5 paragraph 5

of the judgment the year '2007' is corrected to read '2001'.
