JUDGMENT:

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Narendar)

1. Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has filed

I.A.No.1 of 2024, enclosing a copy of the death certificate pertaining to the

death of one Pasupuleti Rajini, who is arrayed as a respondent in this appeal.

The said I.A. is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that Pasupuleti Rajini, who is

none other than the appellant's wife, has passed away, and in view of her

demise, the appeal does not survive for consideration.

3. Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as having been

rendered infructuous.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this Family

Court Appeal shall stand closed.
